Hazell Carr empployed the services of OPSC to help develop a new online electronic SIPP solution to allow independent financial advisors to identify SIPP's for new clients and to manage SIPP's for existing SIPP owners.

As a financial solution the requirements included the following.
  • Tight and tested security across the whole distributed solution from the initial login through to the use of distributed web services.
  • Support for single sign on (SSO) to other financial services.
  • Development of a bespoke login system to support forms style authentication as well as UniPass as a form of authentication for automatic connections.
  • Integration with the Funds Direct service.
  • Ability for SIPP owners to be able to log in and manage their own SIPP's.
  • The ability for IFA's to be able to manage their clients accounts including being able to get a view of the system as their clients would see.
  • The ability for IFA super users to be able to manage IFA access and permissions.
  • The ability for administrators to be able to manage access and permissions for SIPP owners and IFA's without having access to sensite account data.
  • High performance for all users of the website.
Using our expertise in secure systems we provided a solution within the time and budget with the solution being in wide use amongst IFA's across the UK.
